Once allotted and agreement signed, the prices are
firm. All payments to be made by demand draft/local cheques
in favour of Homtok Builders Private Ltd., payable at Ernakulam.
Possession shall be given to the customer only after settlement
of all the dues to the Company.
Homtok Builders Private Ltd., reserves the right to accept
or reject any application. (Statutory deposits, building
tax, sales tax and workers’ welfare fund should be
paid by the buyer. Also the deposits for power and water,
should be paid by the buyer. All transactions are subject
to Ernakulam Jurisdiction only)
Homtok’s Golden Dew is a time bound project. In case
payments are not made as per agreement signed, the builders
reserves the right to cancel the allotment, in which case,
the amount will the returned without any interest only after
re-allotment to any other party.
Note: Homtok Builders Private Ltd., reserves the right
to make minor changes or alternations in the dimensions
are specifications during the execution. The builders reserves
all rights to take up and execute any part of the common
facilities in accordance with their priorities. Changes
in the prescribed specifications of design shall be made
on request at extra cost. Special Features offered herein
are available subject to completion of entire project.
(A) On booking Rs. 50,000/-
(B) On allotment, an agreement for construction will be
executed between the builder and the purchaser within 2
weeks from the date of booking.
(C) Balance amount to be paid in mutually agreed installments.
(D) Registration charges and incidental expenses for the
registration of property will be met by the buyer and should
be paid at the time of registration.
